It was Jodie who in particular should be pointed out for fine customer service. She was there to assist me when I first walked and guided me through the entire process of purchasing this motor coach. She obtained the assistance of fellow employees when needed to answer my questions and address my needs. She found me excellent insurance at the most affordable rates when my insurance company advised that they did not cover motorcoaches, and probably saved this deal by her efforts. I had been searching the internet for 2 months hopping to find a used Montana 377FL 5th wheel no more than 5 years old. I found a 1 year old Montana High Country for sale at a dealer in Iowa, thats over a thousand miles from where I live. I decided there was no harm in calling and asking what they would offer on my trade-in. I got a straight out offer sight unseen on my 14 year old motorhome trade-in with no if's or maybes. When I arrived I was treated like an old family friend by people I had never seen. Since I was 2 hours early I thought Id set and just watch and listen how they treat other customers, on the phone and in person. I must say so far I was impressed, my salesman came over and introduced himself. The sales manager and I went out and he did a walk thru of my motorhome. After a thorough inspection he liked what he saw, and the store manager completed the paperwork. I arrived in my 2008 Damon Tuscany towing my F-350, wrote a check for $1,000 and drove my F-350 towing my 2021 Montana High Country. I am extremely happy with this purchase. If I ever buy another RV I will happily drive 1,000 again to deal with sales staff at Leach Camper sales.Retired LEO

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Leach. Everyone was very friendly and helpful Rich the salesman was good with information about the trailers showed interest in meeting needs for space and price range etc.Once a trailer was picked out we went did some paperwork and went to see Chris the finance guy the professional who put things together and my wife and I were happy and on our way to owning a wonderful Montana fifth wheel after the sale we did a walk thru and had a excellent experience with every department it had a family feel that will not be forgotten I will recommend to all my family and friends who are looking to buy a camper Leach is the best place to purchase a great deal for your best camping experience.

We contacted Blue Ox about a Tru-Center Steering Stabilizer. They no longer install them and suggested I call Bob at Leach Camper in Council Bluffs. That was one of the best suggestions I have ever received. Through Bob we set up a date and a time to have it installed. Due to a family emergency we had to reschedule. Bob took care of us and we rescheduled. We finally made it to Leach Camper. In addition to the steering stabilizer we found we needed a new slide cover. Bob took care of us. There was one challenge with the stabilizer that did not function. This was a challenge that could not be expected. Again it was taken care of quickly and efficiently although we had to stay an extra day. Finally to make the stay even better the cost of all the work was much below what we were expecting. Thank You Bob for all of your time, effort and friendly service. Your 24 years of experience I am sure is one of Leach Campers strengths. Would I recommend Leach Campers? The answer is an unequivocal YES.

I have worked with Ed Leach for over 10 years and have nothing but respect for Leach Camper Sales and there service department. I have had my camper into Leach twice for winterization, just for the warrenty that they provide. As my shower head did froze and they replaced it me. The second time was to fix the shower skylite as it was cracked due to hail. They also dryed out the roof and fixed it as if it was brand new. They did an awesome job and i will continue to use them!!!! Thx Ed and Team!!

Had a wonderful experience. Visited the outdoor show at MAC checked out Camping Worlds units and staff was rude and unhelpful. Visited with staff from Leachs they were extremly helpful and took the time to talk and answer questions. We went that same day to look at campers at the Council Bluffs lot .Staff was wonderful and took us through a large number of units untill I found the one. The customer service was amazing. We had a gentleman from the parts department walk us through our new unit and show us how to maintain and operate EVERYTHING! I and several of my camping friends will only take our business to Leaches.

Thanks to all your staff. Especially Don, Dean and the man who walked us through our camper. Weve been other places and in our opinion Leach personnel treated us like family! Just wanted to say Thanks to Mark in your service department. I called for an appointment today to have our 2003 Coachmen Travel Trailer looked at due to a electrical issue that was tripping the breaker at the campsite. Mark checked the book and it was going to be 3 weeks before I could get it in. He then asked me what was wrong and helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Mark suggested checking the water heater element and that was the problem and something I could fix myself. Mark offered to get me in if his advice didnt help the problem but it was right on and its fixed now. While you didnt make any money off me this time except a $30 part, going forward Leach Camper Sales in Council Bluffs will be were I buy all my parts and have all my service done. I only hope I get Mark again when its time for more service. Great asset to your business.

I thought you should know that you have two fabulous employees who are an asset to your company. I spoke with your receptionist and Michelle in rentals. Both women were kind, courteous and helpful.

In spite of glitches in getting up and loaded, Julie and the guys in service got me up and rolling yesterday (20 April) and even insisted I call to make sure I got home ok. The only problem I had was getting my new travel trailer unhooked from my truck but a quick phone call to service got everything under control. I am very happy with everyone at Leach. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Its been a year now since my purchase of a Rockwood A128S A Frame Camper and I very pleased with the service and the friendly help I have received each time that I called or bought my camper in for repair. The service dept. has been just outstanding in listening to my complaints and worries and then took care of each and every item to my great satisfaction.
